 The IT Manager / Lead Developer’s primary duties would include:

• Managing the development team to accomplish the projects, including assignments of workloads, work completion follow-up and evaluation of deliverables, team working, technical mentoring of junior members, etc.
• All aspects of project management, including project planning, scope definition, schedule and man-power estimation, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) creation and follow-up, etc.
• Communication closely with clients and management team with reports and status meetings
• Be responsible to the quality control of the deliverables, development / deployment processes and QA test cases
• Architecturally advice to the company’s infrastructure

• B.S. Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Japanese will be a plus
