Responsibilities include: •Develop Channel strategies for service providers and Unified Communication Partners that generate revenue and implement regional goals. •Identify and close new channel partner revenue business in identifiable specialty vertical markets. •Establish and maintain processes that generate strong customer satisfaction. •Effectively manage all resources to meet revenue and expense targets within assigned budget and provide input in the development of the annual regional budget. •Develop and maintain a business, sales and marketing plan for assigned region. •Accurately and consistently forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue numbers for assigned region. •Effectively demonstrate and present Cisco-WebEx’s suite of products. •Provide constant feedback to Regional management on the Channel environment. •Select, manage, train and coach Channel personnel in Region. •Provide regular informal and formal performance feedback to direct reports.

Education, Experience & Training required: •BA / BS in a business or a technical related field of study from an accredited college or university. •Ten plus years of successful experience selling software products through Channels in Asia.
